The German ITM Summer Workshop will be led by four ITM trainers, Christina Meier, Dalia Jasiukevicienne, Adrian Bourner and Stefan Welsch, who will be supported by a team of other certified ITM teachers. During the Summer Workshop at Kloster Höchst, classes will be offered both in large groups and in smaller, more personal groups. This provides many opportunities for participants to actively experience the lessons of others, to ask questions, and to learn.

The workshop welcomes people with or without experience:

• Newcomers

• People who already have experience with the Alexander Technique and would like to deepen it

• Teachers or trainees of the Alexander Technique who would like to take up the challenge of new perspectivesand explore them.
